Krispy Kreme has delighted fans with the launch of its highly anticipated “vegan-friendly” doughnuts.
The new plant-based range features two indulgent new flavours – Fudge Brownie Bliss and Apple Custard Crumble.
The doughnuts are said to offer the same taste and freshness the doughnut chain is famous for – without the use of animal-derived ingredients.

Fudge Brownie Bliss features a tantalising shell shaped doughnut, filled generously with rich brownie batter, dipped in luscious choc icing, and sprinkled with choc biscuit crumbs. But you’ll need to get in quick as it’s only available until December 4.
For those who crave a taste of nostalgia and comfort, the Apple Custard Crumble consists of a fluffy shell shaped doughnut filled with creamy apple custard, dipped in a tantalising spiced icing, and dunked in a vanilla biscuit crumb – and it’s here to stay, becoming a permanent addition to the Krispy Kreme lineup.
Vegans and non-vegans alike have expressed their excitement over the new doughnuts on social media, with one saying: “I need these in my life.”
